Charity Christmas Tree Festival
St Andrew's Roundhay's third Charity Christmas Tree Festival has now concluded.
St Andrew's Roundhay has held their third Charity Christmas Tree Festival. The event was held from Monday 9 to Saturday 14 December 2024.

About The Festival
Doors opened at noon each day, and everyone was invited into the St Andrew's Sanctuary to enjoy over 35 Christmas trees, sponsored and decorated by local groups and businesses. RoCo and Junior RoCo also took part, with our tree being organised by Mary Shalvey & Tira Teague!
A mouth watering selection of drinks, soups and cakes were served, to the accompaniment of informal live music.
The Saturday saw a Family Fun Day, with the theme of 'Stars', and attendee's were invited to come dressed (or decorated) as sparkly and twinkly as they could! Alongside ever-popular crafts, games, activities and food, the day included a short Messy Church nativity section. The fun day ended with a film, pizza, popcorn and a raffle draw - a day not to be missed!

2024 Christmas Appeal Charities
The fun was all about fundraising - the trees were bought from Crag House Farm, Caring For life, a wonderful local charity, and all profits from the festival are shared between Kidz Club Leeds, the Sylvia Wright Foundation and Commitment for Life, St Andrew's Christmas Appeal Charities for 2024.
