EGM In January 2025
RoCo is holding an EGM followed by drinks & nibbles in the new year
Here at RoCo, we have been busy working on some changes within our Committee and with our Constitution and, as such, need to call an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) to update you all and gain approval from our Members on the planned changes.
The evening will start with the business of the EGM, with only two items on the agenda for approval. This should hopefully not take too long, and once concluded we will be able to chat over drinks and nibbles afterwards. The evening will also allow the RoCo Committee the opportunity to provide information on the year ahead in person.
Everybody is welcome and encouraged to attend, including newcomers.

The Date
The EGM will be held on Tuesday 21 January 2025 at 7.30pm, at St Andrew’s Roundhay, United Reformed Church, Shaftesbury Avenue, Leeds, LS8 1DS.
Information on how to get to us can be found here
If you can attend, please let us know via the email form on the Contact Page, so that we have an idea of numbers to cater for.

Who Can Attend & Membership
All are welcome and encouraged to attend, but only current 'paid-up' RoCo members will be able to vote on the matters arising in the EGM portion of the evening. You can join the Friends of RoCo membership ahead of the EGM through the website here (from January 1st).
You will also be able to join the RoCo membership in person at the EGM on January 21, however new memberships won't be able to be processed until after the EGM business has concluded, meaning you won't be eligible to vote.
Note - those of you who attended and paid your membership fee at the 2024 AGM - your membership will carry on through to December 31st 2025, and you will be able to collect their membership cards at the EGM (if you haven't already got them before then).

We look forward to seeing you there!
