St Andrew's Good Friday Service 2026
Friday 3rd April 2026
Members of RoCo contributed to St Andrew's Good Friday evening service on Friday 3rd April, performing a short dramatic piece for those in attendance. The short drama was based on the trial of Jesus, ending with his sentencing at the order of Pontius Pilate.
The service was led by Revd. Tim Lowe and Sheila Telfer, both RoCo members. The volunteers who took part were; Lloyd Coulson, Stephen Bartlewska-Brown, Mary Shalvey, Tira Teague, Jill Marston, Brian Marston, Max Dudley, Peter O'Brien and Andrew Lamb.
I've been meaning to send you a message since Good Friday. I just wanted to extend my thanks to the participating RoCo Members and of course yourself - for the thoughtful and special way you shared in the Good Friday service last week.
"I just wanted to extend my thanks to the participating RoCo Members for the thoughtful and special way you shared in the Good Friday service last week. I was totally engrossed in the story telling which I found extremely moving. Not at all easy to present something like that but it was thoughtful, thought provoking in our modern world and felt very real to what it must have been like for Jesus over 2000 years ago".
