About RoCo's AGM
RoCo holds an Annual General Meeting every year, where the RoCo chair leads a presentation of the years events, along with a discussion over any and all relevant RoCo business and matters arising.
Once the business of the evening has concluded, it will be followed by a chance to chat and socialise over refreshments!

Who Can Attend?
All are welcome to attend, though only RoCo members will be able to vote on the matters arising.
You can become a member or renew your membership at the AGM - the annual subscription is only £5 (membership for children and non-earners is free).

When Is The AGM Held?
The AGM usually starts at 7.30pm and is typically held at St Andrew's midway through the year (June-July approx.) - the exact date is decided by the RoCo committee at the preceding committee meeting and will be publicised on the website in advance.
