About RoCo's AGM
RoCo holds an Annual General Meeting every year, where the RoCo committee chair leads a presentation of the year's events, along with a discussion over any and all current RoCo business.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend, though only RoCo members will be able to vote on any matters arising. More information on RoCo's Friends of RoCo annual membership can be found here
Once the business of the evening has concluded, it is followed by a chance to chat over refreshments!

Who Can Attend?
All are welcome to attend, though only RoCo members will be able to vote on the matters arising.

When Is The AGM Held?
The AGM typically starts at 7.30pm and is held at St Andrew's midway through the year (June-July approx).
The exact date is decided by the RoCo committee at the preceding committee meeting and will be publicised via the website and mailing list in advance.
