AGM 2025
We will be holding our next Annual General Meeting
Sure, committee meetings can seem a little boring, but some important information regarding RoCo business will be discussed, including a review of the past year (a lot has happened!), and all current and prospective members are encouraged to attend.
The business of the evening will be followed afterwards by a chance to chat over drinks and nibbles. There will also be the opportunity to purchase some RoCo merch too!
To help with our catering preparations, it would be really helpful if you could RSVP your attendance if you are able to come along.

Voting & The Membership
Only those who are signed-up and currently on the Friends of RoCo annual membership are able to vote on any and all matters arising at the AGM.
If you wish to attend the AGM but haven't yet sorted your membership for 2025; although you will be able to sign-up at the AGM, you won't be able to do so until after the business of the evening has concluded, so you won't be eligible to vote. Make sure you join up in advance!

The Committee & Nominations
Only those who are signed-up and current on the Friends of RoCo annual membership are able to nominate others, or themselves be nominated onto the RoCo Committee. If you are interested in being elected onto the RoCo committee, use the contact form below to request a nomination form.
Your nomination must be proposed by someone other than yourself, who is also a Friends of RoCo member. Completed nomination forms must be submitted to us via; hello.rocodrama@gmail.com, or passed to one of the current serving committee members.
The closing date for the submission of nomination forms is midnight of Thursday 24 July 2025.
