AGM 2026
We will be holding our next Annual General Meeting
RoCo will soon be holding our 2026 Annual General Meeting. Important information regarding RoCo business will be discussed including a review of the past year, and all current and prospective members are encouraged to attend.
The business of the evening will be followed afterwards by a chance to chat over drinks and nibbles. There will also be the opportunity to purchase some RoCo merch too!

Membership & Voting
Only those who are signed-up and are up-to-date on the Friends of RoCo annual membership are able to vote on any and all matters arising at the AGM. If you haven't yet sorted your membership for 2026 please make sure you do so in advance of the AGM.
If you are unsure of your membership status, just get in touch as we can help you out. You can easily sort your Friends of RoCo membership here
The Committee & Nominations
Only those who are signed-up and are up-to-date on the Friends of RoCo annual membership are able to nominate others, or themselves be nominated onto the RoCo Committee.
If you are interested in being elected onto the RoCo committee, download a copy of the nomination form (link below). Your nomination must be proposed by someone other than yourself, who is also a signed-up and up-to-date Friends of RoCo member.
Completed nomination forms must be submitted to us via hello.rocodrama@gmail.com, or passed to one of the current serving committee members. The closing date for the submission of nomination forms is midnight of Monday 6th July 2026.
